Breathing Space’s Unique Approach to Breathwork Facilitator Training
Becoming a breathwork facilitator is more than just learning breathing techniques—it’s a deeply personal journey of growth, discovery, and transformation. At Breathing Space, we know that this path is as unique as the individuals who walk it, which is why our approach to facilitator training is anything but one-size-fits-all.
Led by Benedict Beaumont, a passionate cheerleader for every student, our program is built on a foundation of support, inclusivity, and empowerment. We believe in holding space for you when you’re unsure, helping you find your voice as a facilitator, and celebrating the amazingness of real humans—not cookie-cutter copies.

The honest answer? Yes and no.
Embracing the Mystery of Conscious Connected Breathwork

Today, modern psychology is beginning to uncover why practices like Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) have such a profound impact on our mental and emotional well-being.
