I’m the founder of Breathing Space. I was once a high school teacher who was so burnt out that I was carrying a resignation letter around in my pocket every day for the day I finally had enough. My life took a profound turn after discovering Breathwork in Bali through a chance encounter. This experience ignited a passion to share the power of breath with the world. Together with Jennifer, my wife, whose journey of healing and self-acceptance has deeply influenced our trauma-informed approach, we founded Breathing Space.

Our mission? To make Breathwork accessible and inclusive. We want to teach people that they have all of the wisdom they need within them and help them unlock that superpower with the simplicity of breathwork.
