Breathwork is for everyone. It’s a space to land, to breathe, and to reconnect—with yourself, with others, and with something deeper. In a world that often feels fast-paced and overwhelming, this session offers a moment of pause—a chance to step away from the noise and come home to yourself.

Through the power of intentional breathing, we can release tension, regulate our nervous system, and access deeper clarity and connection. Whether you’re looking to ease stress, explore emotional release, or simply carve out time for self-care, this practice meets you exactly where you are.

No experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to explore

Join Benedict Beaumont, experienced Breathwork Facilitator and founder of Breathing Space, for a guided journey into Conscious Connected Breathwork. This session is an opportunity to slow down, explore your breath, and experience the profound shifts that can come when we breathe with intention.

What to Expect

  • A welcoming, supportive space – No experience needed, just curiosity and an open heart.

  • Somatic and breathwork exercises – Gentle movement and simple breath techniques to prepare your body.

  • A guided Conscious Connected Breathwork session – A chance to explore deep release, clarity, and connection through the breath.

  • Time to integrate – Space to reflect, share (if you wish), and ease back into your day with a sense of grounding.

Who is this for?

Anyone who feels called to explore breathwork. Whether you’re brand new or have been practicing for years, this session will meet you where you are.
