I’m Benedict Beaumont.
I’m Benedict Beaumont, founder of Breathing Space. My journey here began when I was a high school teacher, completely burnt out and carrying a resignation letter in my pocket every day, waiting for the moment I’d finally had enough. Everything changed when a chance encounter with Breathwork in Bali transformed my life.
That experience sparked a passion to share the power of breath with the world. Together with my wife, Jennifer—whose own journey of healing and self-acceptance deeply shapes our trauma-informed approach—we created Breathing Space.
Our mission is simple yet profound: to make Breathwork accessible and inclusive for everyone. We believe that all the wisdom you need is already within you, and Breathwork is the key to unlocking it.
