ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS

Hannah and Hannah, with a decade of combined experience, are seasoned practitioners trained in diverse modalities such as breathwork, massage, reflexology, Oxygen Advantage, BBTRS, Core Energetics, and more.

Their practice is rooted in the principle of slowing down and bringing focus to the foundational aspects of breathwork. They place a high value on understanding the concepts of rooting, grounding, regulating, and resourcing, enabling them to offer a transformative breathwork practice that integrates into daily life. This approach allows lasting changes, shifts perspective, and promotes empowered choices.
