Join Clare this May, for a relaxing weekend retreat in the heart of the East Yorkshire countryside, celebrating the element of water and connecting in with the legacy of the ancient well-keepers.
Friday 17th May - Sunday 19th May 2024
South Cave, East Yorkshire
This nourishing residential weekend retreat will include a diverse program of activities including breathwork, cacao ceremonies, meditation, journaling, voicework, vibrational essences, and connection to nature with visits to the hidden gems of local springs and water courses in the beautiful East Yorkshire Wolds, including St Helen's Well with its own 'clooty' tree and the wilder Weedley Springs nestled in a quiet valley amongst ancient hawthorn trees. We will breathe together, give voice together, and create a collaborative blessing ceremony to honor the waters, re-connecting with the ancient traditions of our well-keeper ancestors and finding our flow.
What’s the Itinerary in this Retreat:
Visits to local sites of interest, including St. Helen’s Well
A visit to local restaurant with farm shop and delicatessen
“Drewtons” for Sunday lunch (the cost of this meal is NOT included in the retreat fee)
I'm thrilled to share that catering for Saturday and Sunday morning will be provided by our own chef, and healthy eating guru and herblore expert, Sarah Honeysmith (www.thiswildrose.me). We will have a bring and share evening meal on Friday.
